I drove through Dickey's BBQ lastnight to pick up some BBQ to go. I stepped inside and the line was to the door...so I chose the drive through and was pleasantly surprised.
The Dickey's Menu is a BBQ addicts dream. I ordered the rib plate and my sides were mac and cheese as well as bbq beans. My wife got the large baker and we ordered fried onions and a small order of the BBQ Brisket.
The ribs were incredible with the dry rub they use. The rib plate definitely gives you enough to fill up on. The mac and cheese disappeared quickly between me and my wife. The BBQ beans were great if you like their tangy BBQ.
Next time I'll order a larger dish of the brisket! It was fantastic...we ordered ours chopped rather than sliced.
The baker could have used a bit more toppings as it was one big potato! They don't slack when it comes to serving size. If you are in Wandermere and considering somewhere new to eat, check out Dickey's BBQ Pit! Their menu won't disappoint you!
