 Many of you choose your neighborhood for amenities such as proximity to schools, stores, and work. How often do you walk down the sidewalks before you purchase your home?

Does the neighborhood have street lamps? Are there ample sidewalks?  Do the neighbords park their car in the walkway?

Many of these things go unnoticed prior to closing on the home.  Walk through your neighborhood at night, in the morning, and in the day if possible.
